Packet loss?

Post by zerofai » Sat Nov 02, 2013 12:00 am

I am using HE tunnel service before.

Due to high latency issue, i apply goipv6 tunnel service once I know that.

However, after setup the tunnel, I found that I've got 8-11% packet loss when I ping www.google.com, which i not see that when I using HE service. is there anything wrong?

16 bytes from 2404:6800:4005:805::1012, icmp_seq=95 hlim=54 time=14.274 ms
16 bytes from 2404:6800:4005:805::1012, icmp_seq=96 hlim=54 time=10.633 ms
16 bytes from 2404:6800:4005:805::1012, icmp_seq=97 hlim=54 time=19.100 ms
16 bytes from 2404:6800:4005:805::1012, icmp_seq=98 hlim=54 time=10.245 ms

--- www.google.com ping6 statistics ---
100 packets transmitted, 89 packets received, 11.0% packet loss

Dear zerofai,

Sorry for the later reply. We have tested the tunnel set up, but cannot reproduce your problem. Pls. help to provide further information as to help us pin point the problem, eg. time of this occurrence, what kind of Internet connection you have and possible which ISP you are connected to. Also pls. note, packet lost will also be subject to condition on your local connection, of which we have no control over.

Thank you for your patient and again our apology for the late reply.
